1. Overview
Xylem is a suite of independently developed tools built to help ecommerce operators improve workflow efficiency through AI-powered content creation. Whether you’re optimizing product listings or planning seasonal SEO updates, our tools are designed to assist — not guarantee — success.
This site and its tools are created and maintained by a single founder building and improving on the fly. We take pride in staying connected to our users and growing with your feedback.
2. No Guarantees or Claims
Xylem does not promise or imply specific outcomes such as increased sales, improved search ranking, higher conversion rates, or improved visibility. These tools assist in generating content, but your results will depend on numerous external factors like competition, product quality, and customer experience.
All content should be reviewed and customized for your specific brand, market, and compliance needs.
3. Token-Based Usage
Xylem operates on a token system that allows users to access our AI-driven tools:
- Basic Plan: 100 tokens/month
- Pro Plan: 300 tokens/month
Each token corresponds to a single content generation action (e.g., clicking a “Generate” button). Tokens refresh monthly based on the billing cycle and do not roll over. If your token balance reaches zero, you may upgrade your plan or wait until your tokens renew.
We may update pricing, token thresholds, or plan features at any time. Users will be notified of material changes that affect their active subscription.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided for the current active month if tool usage has not occurred after renewal. We do not offer refunds for previous unused months or retroactive cancellations. You can manage your subscription, view your current plan, or cancel at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard.
4. Enterprise & Custom Plans
For agencies, larger teams, or enterprise users with custom workflow or usage needs, Xylem offers enterprise-tier access on a case-by-case basis. These agreements may include:
- Higher or unlimited token thresholds
- Custom feature access or roadmap input
- Dedicated support and integration help
Enterprise agreements are governed by a separate contract and may include agreed-upon rate limits, invoicing terms, and SLAs depending on use case. To discuss enterprise access, please contact tools@growwithxylem.com.
5. Fair Use & Abuse
You agree to use Xylem tools as intended, without automating excessive usage or exploiting vulnerabilities. Abuse of the system, including attempts to bypass token limits or overwhelm infrastructure, may result in account throttling, suspension, or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All tool interfaces, workflows, branding, and code (excluding AI-generated content provided to the user) are the intellectual property of Xylem and may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered without written permission.
You retain ownership of the product details you input and the generated content you receive. We do not resell or reuse your prompts or outputs.
7. Availability & Uptime
Xylem is a work-in-progress and availability may vary as features are released, tested, or improved. We do our best to maintain uptime, but make no guarantees around tool performance or system availability.
8. Feedback & Community

9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any account if we believe there is misuse, abuse, or behavior that threatens the quality or stability of the platform. In most cases, we will reach out first to resolve issues collaboratively.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect updates to the product or legal obligations. Continued use of Xylem after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
